Lamb Rolls

Ingredients
  Prepared biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 Packages)
  Top milk/Evaporated milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground leftover cooked lamb 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Catchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Condensed vegetable soup 1 Can (10 oz), undiluted
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Gravy 2 Cup (32 tbs), seasoned
Directions

Thoroughly combine biscuit mix and milk, then roll out on a floured board into a rectangle 1/3" thick.
Combine rest of the ingredients except the gravy, and mix well.
Spread on dough, then roll up like a jelly roll.
Cut crosswise with floured scissors or a knife into i" wide slices and place cut side up in a greased baking pan.
Bake in a hot oven of 450°F for 20-25 min.
Serve with hot well-seasoned gravy that has been diluted with enough water to make of a sauce consistency.
Or if you have no gravy, serve with Tomato Sauce.
