|Prepared biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 Packages)|
|Top milk/Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ground leftover cooked lamb||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Catchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed vegetable soup||1 Can (10 oz), undiluted|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Gravy||2 Cup (32 tbs), seasoned|
Thoroughly combine biscuit mix and milk, then roll out on a floured board into a rectangle 1/3" thick.
Combine rest of the ingredients except the gravy, and mix well.
Spread on dough, then roll up like a jelly roll.
Cut crosswise with floured scissors or a knife into i" wide slices and place cut side up in a greased baking pan.
Bake in a hot oven of 450°F for 20-25 min.
Serve with hot well-seasoned gravy that has been diluted with enough water to make of a sauce consistency.
Or if you have no gravy, serve with Tomato Sauce.
