Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed or finely chopped
  Thick tomato sauce/Thick tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried basil leaves/Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Italian rolls 2 (About 6 Inches Long Each)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine beef, onion, and garlic in a 1-quart glass baking dish. Cover. Microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 10) for 7 1/2 to 9 minutes, or until beef begins to brown, stirring twice. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Split rolls in half lengthwise and arrange in a round baking dish. Spoon on beef mixture and top with cheese. Microwave, uncovered, at Cook Cycle 2 (power level 5) for 9 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and sandwiches are hot.
