Basic Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Yeast package 2
  Warm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsifted flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Mix the boiling water, shortening, sugar and salt in a bowl and cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Add to the sugar mixture and mix well.
Stir in the flour and grease the top and cover.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
Punch down and cover.
Place in refrigerator until ready to bake.
Roll out on a floured surface and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Fold over and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes.
