Lasagna Rolls With Spinach And Prosciutto

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 14 Ounce
  Spinach 10 Ounce, strained
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 Large, beaten
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prosciutto 4 Ounce, finally chopped
  Lasagna noodles 12 (Uncooked)
  Marinara sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

MAKING
2 In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese along with spinach, Parmesan and egg.
3 Add in the salt and pepper.
4 Add in the Prosciutto and mix gently, blending well.
5 In a pan, add lasagna and water and bring to a boil.
6 Let the lasagna cook for about 8 minutes or until al dente.
7 Drain the lasagna and put it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
8 On a plate, lay out the lasagna neatly.
9 Place three scoops of the mixture as shown in the video on each lasagna.
10 Using a spoon, spread out the mixture covering the lasagna completely.
11 Carefully roll the noodles and place them on a dish.
12 Repeat with all the noodles.
13 Spread marinara sauce on the rolls.
14 Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
15 Scatter about two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese to finish.
16 Cover the dish with a silver foil to avoid mozzarella from over cooking.
17 Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
18 Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

SERVING
19 Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
