1)Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2)In a bowl mix in the 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and sugar. This will be the cinnamon sugar for this recipe.
3)Dust your working surface with flour and place a sheet of puff pastry, sprinkle the cinnamon powder and cinnamon sugar on it.
4)Roll the pastry tightly into a roll but do not push it too hard as the layers of the puff pastry will easily combine with each other. Glue together with some water.
5)Cut into 1 centimeter discs and place on the baking tray lined with baking paper as directed by the chef. Place them away from each other so that there is enough space to expand. Drizzle some more cinnamon sugar on each roll.
6)Place it in the oven and bake for exactly 40 minutes or till it is baked golden brown.
7)Serve with some powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
