Ingredients
  Crusty french rolls 4 Small
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe avocado 1 , halved, stoned and sliced
  Basil 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Antipasto 290 Gram (Such As Mixed Peppers In Tomato Dressing, Jar)
  Soft rindless goats cheese 100 Gram
Directions

1. Slash the rolls open lengthways. Drizzle the olive oil over the cut sides and sandwich together with layers of avocado, basil leaves, peppers and goats cheese. Wrap in foil and barbecue in the cooling coals for 10-15 mins, turning occasionally, until hot and crispy.
