Crusty Stuffed Rolls

|Ripe avocado||1 , halved, stoned and sliced|

1. Slash the rolls open lengthways. Drizzle the olive oil over the cut sides and sandwich together with layers of avocado, basil leaves, peppers and goats cheese. Wrap in foil and barbecue in the cooling coals for 10-15 mins, turning occasionally, until hot and crispy.
