Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Confectioners sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Rum flavoring 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Chocolate wafer cookies 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), crushed into crumbs
  Colored fancies 2 Tablespoon (Tiny Colored Bead Decoration)
  Chocolate sprinkles 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine butter, icing sugar and chocolate chips in saucepan.
Heat and stir to melt.
Add eggs.
Stir until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in rum flavoring, water and crumbs.
Scrape into foil lined bowl and chill.
It will seem very granular at this point.
Divide dough into 3 parts.
It will be almost hard as a rock.
Squeeze, knead and work dough until it can be shaped.
Roll into a log about 1 1/2 inches (4 cm) in diameter.
Roll in colored or chocolate sprinkles.
Store in plastic bag in refrigerator.
Slice to use.
