Fried Bheja Na Cutlets
|Brains||6 (6 Sets Of)|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bread slice||2 , soaked in water and squeezed out|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Green chilies||2 , seeded|
|Ginger piece||1 Inch|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm)|
Clean brains and remove all membranes.
Wash, dry and coarsely mash with a fork.
Add all ingredients except eggs and breadcrumbs and mix well.
Add just enough beaten eggs to bind.
Divide into twelve portions and shape into cutlets.
Dip into beaten eggs and spread with breadcrumbs.
