Fried Bheja Na Cutlets

Ingredients
  Brains 6 (6 Sets Of)
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread slice 2 , soaked in water and squeezed out
  Eggs 2
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
For chop
  Onion 1
  Green chilies 2 , seeded
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
Directions

Clean brains and remove all membranes.
Wash, dry and coarsely mash with a fork.
Add all ingredients except eggs and breadcrumbs and mix well.
Add just enough beaten eggs to bind.
Divide into twelve portions and shape into cutlets.
Dip into beaten eggs and spread with breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry.
