Unroll dough and separate at perforations; sprinkle with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the Parmesan and parsley.
Starting at short side, roll up and curve to form crescents; place on baking sheets.
(Rolls can be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated for up to 8 hours.) Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan; bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden.
Remove from pan immediately.
