Asparagus Roll Ups
|White bread slices||12 , crust removed|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Sour cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Frozen asparagus spears||1 Ounce (1 Package Cooked)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.
Spread cheese mixture on bread.
Place an asparagus spear on each slice of bread.
Roll up jelly roll style.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
Bake, turning once, until lightly browned.
