Breaded Turkey Cutlets
|Cornflake crumbs||6 Tablespoon|
|Snipped fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Turkey cutlets||12 Ounce|
|Reduced calorie italian dressing||3 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper rings||4 Medium (1/4 Inch Thick)|
In shallow bowl, mix all coating ingredients.
Dip each cutlet in Italian dressing, then in coating mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
Arrange green pepper rings on roasting rack.
Place cutlets on pepper rings.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 11 minutes, or until turkey is firm and no longer pink, rotating rack after every 3 minutes.
