Breaded Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
For coating
  Cornflake crumbs 6 Tablespoon
  Snipped fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Turkey cutlets 12 Ounce
  Reduced calorie italian dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Green pepper rings 4 Medium (1/4 Inch Thick)
Directions

In shallow bowl, mix all coating ingredients.
Dip each cutlet in Italian dressing, then in coating mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
Arrange green pepper rings on roasting rack.
Place cutlets on pepper rings.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 11 minutes, or until turkey is firm and no longer pink, rotating rack after every 3 minutes.
