Baked Beef Roll

  Ground cooked beef 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Leftover)
  Onion 1 Small, ground, peeled
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bottled horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Leftover gravy/Medium white sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder biscuit dough 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Top milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Spanish sauce 2 Tablespoon

Combine beef, onion, salt, pepper, horse-radish and gravy.
Roll out either packaged or homemade baking powder biscuit dough, using 2 c as a basis, into a rectangle about 9" x 12", Spread the meat on the dough and roll up jelly roll fashion, pinching edges together.
Place on a greased or oiled baking sheet, brush with top milk and bake in a hot oven of 450º F for 25 min or until done.
Serve sliced with Spanish Sauce.
