Baked Beef Roll
|Ground cooked beef||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Leftover)|
|Onion||1 Small, ground, peeled|
|Bottled horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
|Leftover gravy/Medium white sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder biscuit dough||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Top milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Spanish sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Combine beef, onion, salt, pepper, horse-radish and gravy.
Roll out either packaged or homemade baking powder biscuit dough, using 2 c as a basis, into a rectangle about 9" x 12", Spread the meat on the dough and roll up jelly roll fashion, pinching edges together.
Place on a greased or oiled baking sheet, brush with top milk and bake in a hot oven of 450º F for 25 min or until done.
Serve sliced with Spanish Sauce.
