Stuffed Meat Rolls
|Low fat cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Luncheon meat||3 Ounce, sliced (Wafer Thin, 1 Package)|
1. Mix cottage cheese, taco seasoning, mayonnaise, and walnuts together.
2. Put filling into slice of meat folded in half, roll, and secure with a toothpick.
3. Serve on a tray garnished with radish roses and pickles, if desired.
