Saucy Veal Cutlet

Ingredients
  Veal cutlets 3 Ounce (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Spaghetti sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Flatten veal cutlets to 1/4-inch thickness between waxed papers; cut into halves.
Place veal in 8 X 8 x 2-inch dish; top with spaghetti sauce.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium (50%) 4 1/2 minutes; rearrange veal.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until veal is tender, 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes longer.
Top with mushrooms.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until hot, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
