Microwave Beef Rolls

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 1 1/2 Slices Bread)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh sage/1/4 teaspoon ground sage 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh basil/1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Beef cubed steaks 1 Pound (4 Steaks, About 1 Pound Each)
  Condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

1. Crumble sausage into 2-quart casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, breaking up and stirring after 2 minutes, until no longer pink; drain.
2. Mix in bread crumbs, celery, onion, sage and 1 teaspoon basil. Spread about 1/2 cup mixture over each beef steak. Roll up, beginning at short side; secure with wooden picks.
3. Place beef rolls in 2-quart casserole. Mix soup, water and 1 teaspoon basil; pour over beef rolls.
4. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) 25 to 30 minutes, rearranging beef rolls after 15 minutes, until beef is tender. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Serve beef rolls on rice; pour sauce over beef rolls.
