Rice And Cheese Croquettes
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated sharp american cheese||3⁄8 Pound (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten with 2 tablespoons water|
