How To Make Egg Roll

Ingredients
  Egg roll wrappers 14
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
For filling
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Roasted garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Sausage meat 1 Pound
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Onion powder To Taste
  Italian seasoning To Taste
  Soy sauce 6 Dash (divided)
  Julienned cabbage and carrot 10 Ounce (1 bag)
Directions

Take a pan and add butter. Add in the chopped onion, roasted garlic, sausages, hamburger and mix well. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, soy sauce and onion powder. Stir. Drain the excess water. Add the shredded carrot and cabbage and mix well. Add some more soy sauce. Stir and let cook for 15 minutes.
Take an egg roll wrapper. Place a tbsp of the mixture on the wrapper. Roll and seal the edges with the beaten egg. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve.
