Lasagne And Ham Rolls
|Spinach lasagna sheets||4|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Ham slices||4 (Sheets Of The Same Size As The Lasagna Sheet)|
Put the lasagne in a deep pot with enough boiling water to cover. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse well under cold running water.
Lay the lasagne sheets out on a tea towel to dry. Do not use kitchen paper (paper towels) — it will stick to the pasta.
When the lasagne has cooled, lay a slice of ham on top of each sheet and roll up tightly.
Cut each roll into slices and serve cold.
