Smoked Salmon Rolls With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  Red caviar 2 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Thinly sliced smoked salmon 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Blend cream cheese with sour cream.
Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with mixture.
Roll up and cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths.
Serve chilled.
