  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed and squeezed dry (1 Package)
  Nonfat cream cheese/Neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce (1 Large Package, 230 Gram, At Room Temperature)
  Grated parmesan cheese 40 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Nonfat mayonnaise 50 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Ground allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Canned white kidney beans 15 Ounce (1 Can, 425 Gram, Cannellini Beans)
  Seasoned rice vinegar/15 milliliter distilled white vinegar plus 1/2 teaspoon sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh thyme/1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thinly sliced green onions 35 Gram (1/3 Cup)
  Finely chopped parsley 20 Gram (1/3 Cup)
