Cheesy Peanut Tikki

Ingredients
  Potatoes 450 Gram, boiled, peeled and mashed
  Roasted peanuts 120 Gram, roughly ground (1 Cup)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chillies 2 , chopped
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

1. Except for the oil, mix mashed potatoes with all the ingredients.
2. Take a tablespoon of mixture for each tikki, shape into round balls and flatten slightly.
3. Heat oil and fry the tikkis a few at a time.
4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
