Cheesy Peanut Tikki
|Potatoes||450 Gram, boiled, peeled and mashed|
|Roasted peanuts||120 Gram, roughly ground (1 Cup)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped coriander leaves||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||2 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Green chillies||2 , chopped|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Except for the oil, mix mashed potatoes with all the ingredients.
2. Take a tablespoon of mixture for each tikki, shape into round balls and flatten slightly.
3. Heat oil and fry the tikkis a few at a time.
4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
