Toasted Cheese Rolls
|Hard rolls||3 (French style)|
|Undiluted evaporated milk||4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
About 15 minutes before supper:
1. Preheat broiler 10 minutes, or as manufacturer directs.
2. Cut each roll into 4 crosswise pieces; dip one cut side of each piece of roll in evaporated milk; then dip in shredded cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
3. Broil, cheese-side up, just until golden and bubbly they brown quickly!
