Honey Roll

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Castor sugar 2 Ounce
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Soda bicarbonate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1 Dessertspoon)
  Plain flour 4 Ounce
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat eggs 3 minutes, or until light in colour.
Gradually add sugar, beat until dissolved.
Add honey, beat until mixture resembles thick cream.
Add bicarbonate of soda dissolved in hot water.
Lightly fold in sifted flour and cinnamon.
Pour mixture into greased paper-lined 10 in. x 14 in. swiss roll tin.
Bake in moderately hot oven, Mark 5, 375°F., 12 to 15 minutes.
Follow method for Swiss Roll; spread with whipped cream.
