Super Easy Cinnamon Rolls
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (light)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and 1/2 cup sugar in bowl. Combine milk, eggs, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Add milk mixture to flour mixture and mix well.
2. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes. Roll into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle. Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup melted butter in a bowl. Spread the cinnamon mixture over dough and roll jellyroll-style, as for cinnamon buns. Cut into 16 pieces.
3. Combine the brown sugar, walnuts, and remaining 1/4 cup melted butter. Distribute brown sugar mixture into 16 greased cups of medium muffin tins. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until rolls are light golden brown. Cool slightly before unmolding and serving brown-sugar-side up.
