Ham Rolls

Ingredients
  Ham slice 2
  Chutney 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Nuts 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cooked)
Directions

Have ready as many thin slices of ham as desired, allowing one or two per serving depending on their size.
Mix chutney and chopped nuts with the rice.
Place some of mixture on each slice.
Make a roll of the ham slices.
Put seam-side-down in a baking dish.
Bake at 325° just until heated through, 20-30 minutes depending on size.
Serve with Mushroom Sauce or a raisin sauce.
Variations: Add water chestnuts, sliced almonds, chopped celery, chopped chicken, raisins, and, if milk is allowed, cottage cheese, or grated cheese to the brown rice stuffing.
Ham rolls are also good served with Cheese Sauce, if allowed.
