Simple Refrigerated Dough Roll
|Lukewarm water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Active dry yeast||2 Tablespoon (2 Package)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Shortening||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), soft (Part Butter)|
|Unseasoned mashed potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Lukewarm)|
|All purpose flour||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
Measure water into large mixing bowl.
Add 2 tsp.sugar and stir to dissolve.
Sprinkle yeast over water and let stand 10 minutes.
Add 2/3 cup sugar, salt, shortening, eggs, mashed potatoes and half of flour.
