Simple Refrigerated Dough Roll

  Lukewarm water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Active dry yeast 2 Tablespoon (2 Package)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), soft (Part Butter)
  Eggs 2
  Unseasoned mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Lukewarm)
  All purpose flour 7 Cup (112 tbs)

Measure water into large mixing bowl.
Add 2 tsp.sugar and stir to dissolve.
Sprinkle yeast over water and let stand 10 minutes.
Stir well.
Add 2/3 cup sugar, salt, shortening, eggs, mashed potatoes and half of flour.
