Sugar Snap Roll Ups

Ingredients
  Sugar snap peas 32 (Fresh Ones)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Diced pimiento 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Cooked lean ham slice 8 Ounce (8 In Number, 1 Ounce Each)
Directions

Cook peas, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 1 minute or until crisp-tender.
Rinse with cool water; drain and set aside.
Combine mustard, honey, and pimiento; stir well.
Brush evenly over ham slices.
Cut each slice into 4 equal strips.
Place 1 pea pod on end of each strip; roll up, jellyroll fashion.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
