Pork Rolls

Ingredients
  Lean pork 1 Pound, ground once
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for shallow frying)
Directions

Mix together pork, pepper, garlic powder, salt, egg, and parsley.
Add enough bread crumbs to bind mixture together.
Form mixture into 6 small rolls.
Dredge rolls in flour.
Fry in hot olive oil until golden brown and thoroughly cooked; drain.
