Toasted Savory Rolls

  Bread pieces 12 , thinly sliced
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 500 Gram, chopped
  Onion 3 , finely chopped
  Coriander leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm), finely chopped
  Green chilies 6 , finely chopped
  Ginger piece 1 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), crushed
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 3 Tablespoon
  Cheese 10 Tablespoon, grated
  Grated nuts 3 Tablespoon (Almonds, Cashewnuts Or Pea Nuts)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Remove crusts from bread.
Place between a damp towel, leave for one hour.
Before filling, press each slice gently with a rolling pin.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry onion.
Cook till light brown.
Add chillies, ginger, garlic and coriander.
Cook for a while and add tomatoes.
Cook for 5 to 10 minutes more.
Blend together cornflour with 2 tablespoons milk and add to cooked mixture.
Add rest of the ingredients and continue cooking for a minute more.
Place 2 teaspoonful of filling on each slice of bread and roll.
Fasten with a toothpick.
Place the rools on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter and bake in hot oven (220° C) till rolls are toasted properly.
