Apple Cinnamon Rolls

  All purpose flour 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs), divided
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Unsalted margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Unsalted margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted and divided
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sifted powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened apple juice 2 Tablespoon

Combine 2 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, yeast, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and salt; stir well.
Combine 1 cup apple juice, water, and 0 tablespoons margarine in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until very warm (120° to 130°).
Gradually add hot liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
Dear at medium speed of an electric mixer 2 minutes or until smooth.
Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
Gradually stir in enough of the remaining 3 cups flour to make a soft dough.
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons flour evenly over work surface.
Turn dough our onto floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 to 1 0 minutes).
Place in a large bowl that has been coated with cooking spray, Turning to greasetop.
Cover and let rise in a warm place (85°), free from drafts, 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
Punch dough down, and divide in half.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons flour evenly over work surface.
Place half of dough on floured surface, and roll into an 18- x 5-inch rectangle; brush with 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
Combine raisins, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle half of raisin mixture evenly over rectangle.
Roll up dough jellyroll fashion, starting at long side.
Pinch seam to seal.
Cur roll into 1-inch slices.
Repeat procedure with remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons flour, dough, 1 tablespoon melted margarine, and raisin mixture place slices, cur side down, in two 13- x 9- x 2 inch baking pans thathave been coated with cooking spray.
Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes or untill golden brown.
Combine powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons apple juice; stir well.
Drizzle over warm rolls.
