Horseradish Ham Rolls
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked macaroni||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked ham slice||8|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Whip the heavy cream and, when stiff, add the sugar and horseradish.
Gently fold in the cooked macaroni.
Spread this mixture on the ham slices and roll them.
When arranged on the serving plate, sprinkle the ham rolls with cheese.
