Stuffed Flank Roll Up

Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (1 Piece)
  Meat tenderizer 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soft bread cubes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered sage/Powdered thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Score both sides of steak diagonally, about.
1 inch apart.
Sprinkle both sides with meat tenderizer.
Combine bread cubes, onion, celery, parsley, sage, pepper and 2 tablespoons water.
Place stuffing down center of steak, lengthwise.
