Ham Roll Ups

Ingredients
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon (Acceptable)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped fresh basil 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh dill 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Thin white bread slices 8 (Fresh)
  Muenster cheese 4 Ounce, sliced into 8 thin pieces
  Thin low fat ham slice 8 (1/2 Ounce Per Slice)
  Cooked asparagus spears/Frozen no-salt-added asparagus spears, defrosted 16 , Defrosted (Fresh)
Directions

For dressing, combine first five ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Preheat broiler.
Flatten bread slices slightly with palm of hand.
Spread 1 teaspoon dressing on each side of bread slices.
Place 1 slice each of cheese and ham on top of each slice of bread.
Place 2 asparagus spears on each.
Arrange spears so one tip points left and the other right.
Roll up each piece of bread and secure with a toothpick.
Place on broiler pan and broil 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
