Ham Roll Ups
|Margarine||3 Tablespoon (Acceptable)|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||3 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped fresh basil||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped fresh dill||2 Teaspoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Thin white bread slices||8 (Fresh)|
|Muenster cheese||4 Ounce, sliced into 8 thin pieces|
|Thin low fat ham slice||8 (1/2 Ounce Per Slice)|
|Cooked asparagus spears/Frozen no-salt-added asparagus spears, defrosted||16 , Defrosted (Fresh)|
For dressing, combine first five ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Flatten bread slices slightly with palm of hand.
Spread 1 teaspoon dressing on each side of bread slices.
Place 1 slice each of cheese and ham on top of each slice of bread.
Place 2 asparagus spears on each.
Arrange spears so one tip points left and the other right.
Roll up each piece of bread and secure with a toothpick.
Place on broiler pan and broil 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
