Ingredients
  Smoked salmon 300 Gram
  Rice paper 12
  Green papaya 150 Gram, grated
  Carrots 50 Gram, grated
  Onions 100 Gram, sliced
  Bean sprouts 100 Gram
  Lime juice 1
  Coriander leaves 10 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine the vegetables, fruits and herbs.
Season with lime juice, salt and finely ground pepper.
Thinly slice the smoked salmon.
Spread out 2 sheets of rice paper to make them longer in order to obtain more surface for the stuffing.
Lay the sliced salmon on them.
Next, put one layer of mixed vegetables and another slice of salmon.
Roll the filling in the rice paper
