Lemon Fish Roll Ups
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, drained (1 Package)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Real Brand)|
|Fish fillets||8 (Fresh Or Frozen, Thawed)|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In medium bowl, combine rice, broccoli and cheese.
Combine margarine, ReaLemon brand, salt and pepper; add 1/4 cup margarine mixture to broccoli mixture.
Place equal amounts of mixture on fillets; roll up.
Place seam-side down in shallow baking dish; pour remaining margarine mixture over roll-ups.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
Garnish with paprika.
