Chocolate Pinwheels

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 180 Gram
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity Enough To Mix)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking chocolate 60 Gram
  Sodium bicarbonate 1 Pinch
Directions

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Blend in the butter mixture.
If necessary, add some milk to make a soft dough.
Divide dough into two portions.
Blend cooking chocolate, melted and cooled, into one portion.
Chill.
Roll remaining dough into an oblong 12 inches x 9 inches.
Roll chocolate dough same size, lay on top of white.
Roll together until 1/6 inch thick.
Roll up tightly, beginning at wide side.
Chill again.
Heat oven to 195°C.
Cut 1/8 inch thick slices from the chilled roll.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
