Prepare Basic Refrigerator Cookie Dough reducing all-purpose fiour to 1 cup and adding 1 cup whole wheat flour with dry ingredients.
Chill dough 1 hour.
On waxed paper or lightly floured surface, roll dough to 14xll-inch rectangle.
Spread with cooled Prune Filling.
Roll jelly-roll fashion beginning at long side; pinch edges together to seal.
Cut roll in half crosswise.
Wrap each roll in clear plastic wrap.
Chill dough thoroughly.
Carefully cut in 1/4-inch slices.
Place rounds on un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till lightly browned.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
