Sunshine Roll Ups

Ingredients
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pancake mix 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Beaten egg 1 (Well Beaten)
Directions

Heat milk with butter till butter melts.
Cool to lukewarm.
Blend milk mixture and pancake mix into the beaten egg.
Lightly grease small skillet; heat.
Pour in 2 tablespoons batter; lift pan from heat and tip from side to side so batter covers pan.
Return to heat; cook till underside is lightly browned.
Remove.
Fry remaining pancakes; stack till ready to fill.
To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons Cheese Filling across center of each pancake; roll up.
Place folded side down in skillet (You may fill pancakes ahead; chill till needed.) Just before serving, pour orange sauce over filled pancakes; heat till sauce bubbles:
