Sweet And Sour Cabbage Rolls

  Cabbage leaves 8 Large
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Gingersnap crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

1. Place cabbage leaves in a 9-inch square baking dish. Cover Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 3 to 5 minutes, or until leaves are soft enough to fold easily. Set aside.
2. Combine beef, rice, onion, ketchup, raisins, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Stuff cabbage leaves with this filling, rolling up cigar fashion and folding in the edges. Place stuffed cabbage leaves seam-side-down in a square baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over stuffed cabbage leaves. Cover. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 7) for 13 to 15 minutes, or until cabbage rolls feel firm when pressed with the back of a spoon. Rotate the dish 1/2 turn and baste rolls with sauce after 8 minutes' cooking. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
