Jalapeno Roll Ups For Dudes

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)
  Canned black olives 4 1⁄2 Ounce, chopped and drained (Two 2 1/2 Ounce Each Cans)
  Canned jalapenos 4 Ounce, chopped and drained
  Flour tortillas 8 (Burrito Sized)
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Needed, Medium Hot)
Directions

Mix cream cheese, olives, and jalapenos.
Spread each tortilla with this mixture and roll up.
There should be enough for 8 roll-ups, altogether.
Put them in a plastic bag or wrap in wax paper; refrigerate at least 2 hours, if possible.
Slice each roll-up into 1-inch slices and arrange on platter around a bowl of salsa.
Low-fat, cholesterol-free cream cheese may be substituted with no effect on the flavor.
