Arlene's Cheese Roll
|Velveeta cheese||1 Pound|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped|
|Red cayenne pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic/Garlic salt / minced garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Chili powder||To Taste|
Mix cheese together at room temperature.
Mix in other ingredients.
Roll into roll on foil (roll will be limp) and sprinkle with chili powder.
I double the recipe and make several small rolls at Christmas and give some to friends.
I use an 8 ounce package of cream cheese when doubling it.
