Mustard Flavored Ham Rolls
|Refrigerated pizza crust||10 Ounce (1 Crust)|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|White horseradish||1 Teaspoon, drained|
|Thinly sliced boiled ham||6 Ounce|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||3 Ounce|
|Diced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 425 F. On work surface, stretch pizza dough into 12-by-10-inch rectangle.
2. In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mustard, and horseradish; spread mixture evenly over dough, leaving 1 1/2-inch border.
3. Arrange ham over dough; sprinkle with cheese and onion. Starting from wide end, roll dough jelly-roll fashion to enclose filling; pinch seam to seal.
4. Spray nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange roll seam-side down on sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into 10 equal slices.
