Ham And Vegetable Roll Ups
|Coarsely chopped cucumber||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped tomatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Low calorie italian salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced fully cooked ham||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Lettuce head||4 Large (Outer Leaves)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
In a small bowl combine cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, olives, and green onion; stir in salad dressing.
Cover and chill for 6 hours or overnight; drain well.
To assemble roll-ups, center two ham slices atop each lettuce leaf.
