8 (Wedge-Shaped Pieces , Prepared From Crescent-Style Refrigerated Rolls Or Pastry Dough)
8 Medium, peeled
1. Combine butter with lemon peel and sugar. Brush lightly over the wedges of dough. If desired, press some chopped almonds into the dough.
2. Roll bananas in one of the butter-cinnamon mixtures. Then, if desired, roll the bananas in coconut or chopped almonds.
3. Place each banana on the long point of the wedge of dough. Roll up and place in an ungreased shallow baking pan.
4. Bake at 375°F about 13 minutes, or until rolls are delicately browned.
