Chicken Roll Ups
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Fresh mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Green onions||3 , finely chopped|
|Red pepper||1 , thinly sliced|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Pour over chicken rolls and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 2 - 2 1/2 hours at 350°.
Microwave on HIGH setting for 45 to 60 minutes (covered with wax paper).
