Country Style Turkey Cutlets
|Golden onion soup mix/Onion soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Plain dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Boneless turkey breast/Chicken breasts||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, thoroughly combine golden onion soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard.
Dip turkey in flour, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture, coating well.
Place in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan and drizzle with butter.
Bake, turning once, 20 minutes or until done.
