Country Style Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
  Golden onion soup mix/Onion soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Plain dry bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Boneless turkey breast/Chicken breasts 1 1⁄2 Pound
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, thoroughly combine golden onion soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard.
Dip turkey in flour, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture, coating well.
Place in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan and drizzle with butter.
Bake, turning once, 20 minutes or until done.
