Apricot Nut Rolls

Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1 Pound
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Run apricots through meat grinder.
Combine with sugar, juice, rind; mix thoroughly.
Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add nuts.
Cool.
Form into bite-sized balls, and roll in powdered sugar on wax paper.
Store in tight tin..
