Frozen low fat non dairy whipped topping
2 Cup (32 tbs)
2 Cup (32 tbs), hulled and quartered
Prepare the Basic Roll-Up Recipe.
Cool and unroll.
Stir the non-dairy whipped topping and the strawberries together.
Spread this filling evenly on the roll.
Starting from the short end, roll up the cake by lifting the cake with the end of the towel.
Place the roll seam-side-down on a serving plate.
