Chicken Croquettes With Sauce
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped cooked chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Salad Oil)|
Combine 1/3, cup soup, chicken, bread crumbs, parsley, and onion.
Mix well; shape into 6 croquettes or patties (if mixture is difficult to handle, chill before shaping).
Roll in additional bread crumbs.
In skillet, brown croquettes in oil.
Mean while, in saucepan, combine remaining soup and milk.
Heat; stir occasionally.
