Apricot Roll Up
|Rolls||1 (1 Recipe, Basic)|
|Fruit only apricot preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Prepare the Basic Roll-Up Recipe.
Cool and unroll.
In a small saucepan, mix together the preserves and water over low heat.
The heat will help the blending process.
Spread the apricot mixture evenly on the roll and roll up the cake, starting from the short end.
To start the rolling, lift the cake with the end of the towel.
Place the roll seam-side-down on a serving plate.
